前几天，外交部发言人华春莹在谈到涉疆问题时表示，“美国这个杀害了上百万穆斯林、侵犯了数千万穆斯林人权的国家，现在居然信誓旦旦关心起了新疆维吾尔族穆斯林的人权，分明是黄鼠狼给鸡拜年——没安好心”。

“黄鼠狼给鸡拜年——没安好心”是一句非常经典的中文歇后语了，也不知道老外们能不能听得懂。

官方给出的翻译是：

the weasel paying respect to the hen without the best of intentions

美 /'wizəl/ 英 /'wiːzǝl/

指“鼬，黄鼠狼”。很妙的是，这个词也有“滑头，骗子”的意思。做动词时，短语weasel out意为“逃避责任，〔狡猾地〕逃脱”。

Fife is now in court trying to weasel out of ＄25 million in debts.

法伊夫现在在法庭上试图逃避2,500万美元的债务。

pay respect to可以表示“尊重、关心、照顾、拜访”，在《汉英词典(第3版)》中，也使用的是该短语：

翻译“不安好心”时，都会用到intention。这个词意为“意图；意向”，一般会用the best (of) intentions表示“好意”。

我知道你是一片好意，但你该先和我商量一下。

其实在英语中，也有一个意思相近的谚语，可以表达这句话的意思：
